This project will address the growing need for NVQs in the sector. It will engage 100 companies in the process, ensuring the inclusion of 25% disengaged employers who have not availed of CITB funding or grants in past 3 years. The delivery model for this project will assist in alleviating key skills issues for the sector and will provide a foundation for further funding which will have additional impact on the company/ individual.
